Oil and energy recruiter TEC Group International has made three new senior hires in what director Will Atkinson called “a significant step forward” in the company’s growth.

Drilling engineering and operations specialist Claire Robertson has been hired as associate director to lead the firm’s new Scotland office in Stirling and to head up its drilling engineering and operations division. The new office is intended to help TEC enter the local Aberdeen market. Robertson joins from NT Energy.

The company has also hired Ashley Kempson as manager of its EPC [Engineering Procurement Construction] division’s London office. Kempson joins from Morson International. The third new recruit is Dan Brokenshire, joining from Kin-Tec, who will lead the Manchester EPC business.
