Nadine Jones has been appointed as group HR director (HRD) across Theo Paphitis retail brands Boux Avenue, Robert Dyas and Ryman, responsible for the recruitment and development of the workforce.

She joins from a role as HRD at jeweller Links of London, and has previously worked for high-profile names including ASDA.
