Specialist recruiter Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering has promoted three internal managers to regional directors.

Dave Gill, Simon Harris and Adrian Smith take up their new positions “as a result of increased marketshare and client contracts being won”, according to managing director Owen Goodhead, who also notes that 80% of all management appointments are internal.
