Specialist recruiter Build Recruitment has appointed former Hays manager Tamara Ratnatunga as divisional manager for facilities management (FM) roles.

She will be based in London, working with clients across the capital and the South-East, having previously worked with Hays Construction and Property as manager of its FM division.
