A boardroom shake-up at the technical recruitment company AndersElite has prompted the departure of two senior directors.

Paul Metcalfe and Chris Fenn have resigned to pursue their own business interests.

John Peterson has now been appointed managing director and Ian Johnson has become chief financial officer.

Peterson and Johnson said their primary objective was to further develop AndersElite’s business.

A spokeswoman for AndersElite said Metcalfe and Fenn had not made it clear what their future plans involved.

AndersElite operates from 10 branches throughout the UK with another office in Sydney, Australia.
