Financial services consultancy Troika has launched subsidiary ResourceCo to provide vetted candidates to the financial services industry.

ResourceCo will aim to provide specialist resources, including industry experts, project managers and IT specialists on a contract or permanent basis.

Annie Norman, managing director of ResourceCo, said: “ResourceCo is a new kind of offering for the resourcing market in UK financial services.

“Our sharp focus on retail financial services and deep industry knowledge enables us to understand clients needs, find resources and vet them appropriately.”

Andrew Stewart, managing director of Troika, said the company has recently seen big demand for clients looking for advice and experience delivered on a resourcing basis.

He said: “As we grow, we are looking to we are looking at providing a broader range of services to our blue-chip financial services clients. ResourceCo is an important element in that progression.”
