Rogen International, the management training and consulting group, is to merge with the Si Group, the specialist in motivation and mindset change.

The deal creates a global firm, to be known as RogenSi with 120 consultants operating in UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The ownership of the merged business is shared between the directors in the group.

The Rogen and Si clients include JP Morgan, Novartis, Royal Mail, Telstra, National Australia Bank, KPMG, Merrill Lynch and BT.
