The International Recruitment Trade Body (CIETT) has revealed Joel Biller, senior vice president of special projects for Manpower Inc will act as its president for the next four years.

Biller, the first non-European to hold the prestigious role, has an extensive background as an industry executive and is a former deputy assistant secretary of the state with the US State department.

CIETT operates in 30 countries and is the only international body representing the interests of staffing services and is recognised by national and international organisations and governments.
