Tech recruiter changes hands
A trio of consultants has bought the computer game recruiter Aardvark Swift from its founder.
Ian Goodall, Colin Walsh and Pete Aunins have bought the Rotherham-based firm from Stephen Lloyd-Davies for an undisclosed sum.
Lloyd-Davies, who established Aardvark Swift in 1989, has decided to leave recruitment and focus on a property business instead.
Now the firm has 10 consultants and has carved out its own lucrative niche market.
Goodall, Walsh and Aunins are now directors of the company, which has been renamed Aardvark Swift Recruitment Ltd.
“Although we already work with the majority of developers, publishers and hardware companies in the industry, we have exciting plans that will enable us to raise service levels, increase our market share further and also expand into new areas,” Goodall said.
