Staffline performing well
Staffline Recruitment has reported a strong performance following its stock market floatation in December.
First-quarter performance was significantly ahead of the same period last year and in line with market expectations, a statement said.
The firm had achieved the results by focusing on non-cyclical sectors such as food production, which accounts for more than two-thirds of revenues.
Managing director Andy Hogarth said: “All of the company’s key performance indicators are moving in the right direction. We have a solid pipeline of OnSite opportunities and our Techsearch division has continued to enjoy increased levels of demand.
“The growth of the group to date provides a firm base from which we are confident of continued progress throughout the current year.”
