Staffing Ventures, an investment company specialising in the recruitment industry, has acquired the goodwill and assets of Tag Business Services from a liquidator.

The deal will retain key personnel and a number of long-standing client relationships and the new business will trade as Jobz UK.

It will provide temporary industrial and commercial workers to a range of blue chip and local businesses in the north east of England.

Staffing Ventures will undertake all financial management of Jobz, including back-office support systems.
