Bradford-based temporary workforce provider, Source Recruitment has celebrated its most successful financial year to date, with turnover up by more than 70% to £2.4m.

Sales director, Stewart Clough, says: “Our aim is to provide clients with workers whose skills match those required for a specific role so that the job they are being paid to do is done quickly, efficiently and professionally. 

 “Admittedly we are not the cheapest in the market place, however we are not about just supplying bums on seats we hand-pick the most suitable staff for each and every job so that the client gets the best possible level of service from us time and time again,” continued Stewart.

The company, which specialises in large temporary labour contracts in the manufacturing sector, was established in 2002 and has more than 800 personnel on its ready-to-work database.
