eFinancialCareers.com has launched a new site in the Gulf region, www.efinancialcareers-gulf.com. The site is focused on servicing the needs of the Middle East banking and finance community in particular the Gulf financial centres in UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The site was 'soft launched' on 15 December 2006, and 1,000 job applications were generated in the first month. Current openings posted range from 'Head of Asset Management' in Kuwait to 'Head of Origination, Debt Capital Markets' in Bahrain.
