John Simmonds is the new managing director of Spring Personnel.

Simmonds joins from Parkhouse Personnel, where he was chief executive officer for two years.

He was previously been operations director for the North of England and Scotland at Adecco and a member of the management board of Adecco UK.

Simmonds will be responsible for the development and growth of Spring Personnel.

Spring Personnel is part of the Spring Group and provides staff for commercial, industrial, technical and engineering markets, and includes Spring Accountancy Personnel and Elizabeth Hunt.
