To avoid the escalating charges of recruitment-to-recruitment firms, Select Australasia has established Pure Talent, an internal recruitment business, to supply recruitment consultants, executives and managers to the 20 brands within its network throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Victoria Bethlehem, head of Pure Talent, said: "Last year as a business, Select Australasia spent a six figure sum on rec-to-rec fees, often with mixed results."
