Scottish firm will hit £100m next year
One of the largest independent recruitment agencies in Scotland has revealed plans to float on the stock market.
Glasgow-based company Search Consultancy claims business is booming and expects to break through the £100m turnover barrier next year.
Formed in 1987, the company is growing rapidly and has opened new offices in Leeds and Liverpool, adding to its network of eight offices across Scotland and England.
Its chief executive is Grahame Caswell, the former head of US staffing giant Kelly Services, who bought the firm out four years ago with the backing of venture capitalist 3i.
