A web-based system to manage recruitment and enable interaction between SAP consultants and companies across the world has been launched in the UK.

The global platform, Zaple, connects the industry and provides a series of tools designed to better manage recruitment needs – from both a consultant and company perspective.

Zaple allows SAP consultants to create a profile detailing their experience, this is searchable by potential employers who can send a ‘request’ to SAP consultants with skills and experience ideally matched to the project. The key benefit over traditional recruitment methods is that Zaple enables companies to run tailored searches based on their exact requirements, rather than receiving CVs for a pool of consultants who are considered ‘best fit’.

Companies can join Zaple for a monthly fee ranging from £250 to £400 per month. The company is then charged an additional fee for each CV they choose to look up.

Every consultant who is loaded onto the site will be charged a rate of £10 per month.
