Pareto Law recruits for global player

Sales & marketing specialist Pareto Law has recruited 17 sales people for electrical supplier Schneider Electric.

Anna Pierce, HR advisor – resourcing, at Schneider Electric, says: “We wanted to take our sales recruitment in a new direction, moving away from traditional approaches, placing emphasis upon drive, personality and long term potential rather than pure technical knowledge and previous sales experience. 

“Pareto Law’s tailored approach enabled us to recruit graduates that have achieved exceptional results for our business, with positive feedback from both internal and external colleagues and customers.”

The recruitment drive included two dedicated assessment days and a final interview day at Schneider Electric’s offices. The recruits have joined a six-month graduate training scheme operated by Schneider Electric.

Pareto is providing bespoke training to ensure the skills required for Schneider Electric’s operations are developed and enhanced. Skills covered in the training course include an introduction to sales, influencing and presentation skills.

The success of Pareto’s selection and recruitment process has also led to Schneider Electric asking them to recruit a new marketing graduate for its international development and exchange programme, Marco Polo.
