RECRUITMENT TRAINING

Recruitment Matters offers free in-house training to celebrate National Learning Day

Recruitment Matters is supporting National Learning at Work (LAW) Day on 24 May 2007 by running a competition to win a free in-house training day.

The firm’s trainer Matt Wilson will visit the winning company on 24 May to deliver the winner’s choice of a day’s training in either interview skills or telephone skills.

Senior consultant Ken Kemp says: “This really is a great opportunity that companies, no matter their size, should embrace. Whether it be half an hour with two staff or a full day, as we are offering, every recruitment owner, director or manager can help make a difference to their number one asset, their staff.”

Companies wishing to enter should state, in 60 words or less, why their company deserves a free day’s training. The closing date is 11 May.
Every entrant will receive a copy of principal trainer, Warren Kemp’s best-selling book  Recruiting in a Tough Market, with permission to print a copy for all their employees to be able to learn at work on 24 May.

LAW is organised by The Campaign for Learning. This year’s theme is Live Long and Prosper.
