SHL, a provider of psychometric assessment solutions, is giving candidates the opportunity to try their hand at sample psychometric assessments on its website SHLDirect.com.

SHLDirect.com is paving the way for a wider initiative, currently being undertaken by SHL. The initiative, called ‘Prepare Yourself’, aims to familiarise test takers with the assessments that they may experience as part of an interview or development process.

SHLDirect.com will enable candidates to familiarise themselves with the format, style of questioning and test structure of assessments, as well as providing guidance for making the most of an assessment opportunity.
