Research reveals impact of bad recruitment experiences
Bad recruitment practices have a profound negative impact on employers’ brands and reputations, as well as their bottom lines, according to research by YouGov.
The study, on behalf of Capital Consulting, found that one in four jobseekers that have been badly treated by a prospective employer. It also revealed that 53% of jobseekers will not purchase products and services if they have been badly treated and 55% tell at least three people about their bad experience.
