Omni Resource Management Solutions has won a two-year renewal on a 12-month contract with Allied Irish Bank (GB) to provide all its permanent recruitment needs, from entrant level up to middle management, including graduate recruitment.

Omni will manage all recruitment agencies for Allied Irish Bank (GB), both on a Preferred Supplier Agreement and ad hoc.

Allied Irish Bank (GB) HR manager Riona Scannell says: “Omni has become an essential and invaluable part of our recruitment team. Omni has rolled out a very successful graduate recruitment campaign for the bank, rationalised its preferred suppliers, and developed and continue to manage a careers microsite for the bank.
