Recruitment website TotalJobs has announced a sales and marketing partnership that will allow UK employers and recruiters access to antipodean jobseekers.

Clients of TotalJobs will be able to post jobs on the UK job zone of seek.com.au, which receives around 25,000 visitor sessions per month and generates over 2,000 applicants per month to UK recruiters.

Around 30,000 Australians and New Zealanders come to the UK on working holidays every year, and many more come on other types of visas. Common language make it very easy to utilise skills in the UK.

TotalJobs CEO Rob Perkins said: ‘Many of our recruitment consultancy clients positively look to employ jobseekers from Australasia, and this agreement will make it easier for UK recruiters to attract these committed and qualified staff.’
