Tailored Solutions Recruitment’s director Karen Jones has been named Western Mail Welsh Woman of the Year - Small Business Owner.

Jones used her experience in legal recruitment to grasp the opportunity to establish TSR Legal as the region’s leading legal recruitment consultancy. The company has grown financially year on year, with 2006 again seeing record profits.

Jones said: “I’m thrilled to be given such a prestigious accolade. I love what I do, which is the main motivational driver in this industry.  I try to inspire my staff with my positive attitude and I hope they enjoy working for me as much as I enjoy working with them.”
