And an Islington-based recruiter scores top marks in her recruitment exam
New Frontiers’ consultant Kerri Wyllie has achieved the highest mark in five years in her Recruitment and Confederation (REC) Certificate in Recruitment Practice exam.
Wyllie, a New Zealander who arrived in the UK in 2001, took her certificate through a distance learning programme.
The REC’s director of professional development Judith Armatadge says: “The number of recruiters becoming qualified continues to increase. This year more than 3,200 will have become qualified to certificate, diploma or degree level. This confirms that the industry is taking the issue of standards and the development of its staff very seriously indeed.”
