Recruitment's rising star
Caroline Plumb, who co-founded the Fresh Minds recruitment company, has been listed by The Times as a rising star in the business world.
Plumb, 25, founded the firm with Charlie Osmond. It is based in Holborn and has a turnover of £1.5m, and has clients including Unilever and Diageo.
The Chancellor recently invited her to address a summit of business leaders on entrepreneurship and shared a platform with Bill Gates and Sir Terry Leahy.
Fresh Minds has just opened an office in Bombay – and despite her celebrity status Plumb wants to stay with the company she founded.
