Plum Personnel has become the first recruitment agency in the UK to achieve the Recruitment & Confederation (REC) accreditation for Diversity Assured Recruitment.

Zosia Bernard, who carried out the audit and fully assessed the company’s policies and practices, says: "In achieving the accreditation, Plum Personnel has not only demonstrated its commitment to an inclusive organisational culture, but also its recognition of the positive impact on business profitability of good diversity management."
