McCall joint managing director Julie O’Neill (pictured) has brought her mergers and acquisitions business into the McCall fold.

Formerly operating as GJPS.net – O’Neill’s joint venture with Graham Palfery-Smith – the new division is to be called McCall Mergers & Acquisitions.

O’Neill explained: “GJPS.net is no longer active now that Graham has taken a frontline role [with Robert Walters] but the work will continue under McCall M&A.”

She said the M&A client base complemented that of McCall’s main business but wanted to make it clear that it was “a separate and confidential service and people will only speak with me”.

She acts as an introductory service for buyers and sellers. The service is free for the vendor but the purchaser has to pay. O’Neill said she was currently brokering around two deals a month.
