Kelly Services has appointed a new head for two of its specialist lines of business. Sam Rope will oversee all operations at both Kelly Financial Resources (KFR) and Kelly Educational Staffing (KES).

Rope has been with Kelly Services for 10 years and was involved in setting up several of the company’s specialist businesses including insurance, permanent placement and engineering.

KFR was established in the UK in 2003 and KES was set up in 2001.
