Industrial labour provider gap personnel has opened a base in Burnley, serving the area between Barnoldswick and Padiham, as well as Rossendale Valley, in Lancashire.

The company says in a news item posted on its website that the new branch “will be a vital link between its North-West and Yorkshire operations”.

The company has taken on one new staff member, Lawson Connell, to work alongside branch manager Helen Jackson in the role of account manager.

Jackson says: “There is a lot of industry in this area allowing us to gain further opportunities and develop our marketshare with the gap brand in the North-West region.”
