Rowley takes up role
Corporate Services Group (CSG), the owner of high street recruiter Blue Arrow, has appointed John Rowley as the new UK chief executive.
Rowley steps down as chief executive of Protocol, a recruitment and training firm.
However, he will retain non-executive roles with some of Protocol’s group companies, which are independent from CSG.
Rowley teams up again with Tony Martin, CSG’s executive chairman. The pair worked together at Select Appointments, which global recruiter Vedior bought for £1.1 billion in 1999.
Tony Martin said: “I look forward, once again, to working with John Rowley as we embark on the process of building shareholder value both through existing operations and through the implementation of an ongoing development programme.”
