Morson Group, the technical staffing company, has announced that trading continues to be strong, particularly in the Group’s core aerospace, defence and rail operations. 

In a trading update it said Morson Projects, the Group’s specialist technical design consultancy operation, continues to trade favourably, benefiting from contracts to support BAE and Airbus in both military and civil contract programmes.

It added: “The board is therefore extremely confident regarding the results for the year to 31 December 2006 and believes the Group is well positioned to benefit in the new financial year from the anticipated continuing strong market.”

The Group plans to announce its preliminary results in the week commencing 19 March 2007.
