The Ministry of Defence is to use the IT recruiter Spring to fill temporary and contract IT and telecommunications posts.

Spring linked up with Dbi Consulting to secure the national framework agreement with the MoD’s internal service provider, the Defence Communication Services Agency (DCSA).

All departments within the MoD will be able to use the framework to recruit through Spring’s national network of offices.

Spring chief operating officer William Grubbs explained: “The awarding of the national framework agreement is a positive reflection on the reputation and strength of the services Spring already offers its public sector clients.”
