The staffing agency Manpower has teamed up with Tribal, the public sector recruitment advertising company, to provide staff got Welwyn Hatfield Council.

The six year contract starts in August and will provide staff for ten council operations including planning and environmental health, community services, environmental services, housing and waste services.

Welwyn Hatfield Council employs more than 800 staff and provides services to 10,000 residents.

It's hoped the contract will help the council make savings with improved efficiencies such as reduction in administration, savings on advertising spend and improved job matching.
