Pennsylvania-based Kenexa, a provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions, has acquired London-based Psychometric Services Limited (PSL) for about $7.6m (£4m). PSL publishes personality questionnaires, ability tests, and screening and development tools. Kenexa has also completed the acquisition of BrassRing, a firm specialising in on-demand talent acquisition software.
