IT recruiter starts graduate scheme
IT Human Resources, the IT recruiter, says its 2006 graduate training programme has started.
It says the new recruits come from eclectic backgrounds and nationalities and include several bi-lingual or multi-lingual individuals.
The graduates, along with two existing members of staff, have now commenced their six-month structured IT, sales and recruitment training programme which combines both instructor led and in-house training backed up with structured ongoing learning, support and mentoring.
Managing director Sean Gallagher says: “As well as a fantastic opportunity for our new recruits to be trained in the most exciting, challenging and rewarding sector of professional recruitment it is an initiative designed to build on ITHR’s phenomenal success and growth since our inception; and will enable us to achieve our stated medium and long term business and organisational growth objectives.”
The programme culminates in April 2007 when the new recruits take their examinations for the REC’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
