Over half (55%) of Spanish HR professionals either do currently or will in the near future use social media to recruit now, and 30% go as far as saying that this will eliminate other methods of recruiting, reports news agency EFE.

LinkedIn was used by 32% of the 555 HR professionals questioned, followed by Facebook with 15% and Twitter with 10%.

However, exactly half say they currently never use LinkedIn to recruit, while 66% never use Facebook and 77% shun Twitter.
