Head2Head, a Toronto-based recruitment solutions firm for small and mid-sized businesses in Canada, has joined forces with Jobvite, a recruitment platform for the social web, to increase the role of social media recruitment in the Canadian market.

Through the partnership, Head2Head will incorporate Jobvite’s recruiting solutions into its overall recruiting service offerings to customers throughout Canada.

This alliance combines Jobvite’s recruiting solutions that make use of employees’ social networks to identify and connect with potential hires, with Head2Head’s offering of support services to manage recruitment processes, such as screening CVs and conducting phone interviews, enabling companies’ internal teams to focus on strategic priorities.

Paul Dodd, chief executive of Head2Head, says: “Together with Head2Head’s recruitment support and services, we believe that Jobvite can help Canadian companies create a significant competitive advantage through their hiring processes.”
