The Hydrogen Group has created an incentive scheme to recognise its top ten recruitment consultants.

The top ten is composed of the company’s highest billers of the year - the five highest permanent billers and the five highest contracts billers.

These will be flown to Monte Carlo for the weekend by private jet. They will stay at the Hotel de Paris, party on a super-yacht and celebrate in Monaco's most exclusive restaurants and clubs.

In addition, they will each receive an inscribed Rolex watch as a lasting symbol of their achievement.

Ian Temple, group chief executive says: “We've introduced the Ocean's Ten incentive to create visibility and promote competition and exceptional performance across all of the businesses in Hydrogen Group. We hope it will motivate and excite our consultants - after all, who doesn't want to spend a weekend in Monte Carlo via private jet?"

The scheme was launched at a glamorous staff party with the theme of
the film Ocean's Eleven.
