Hydrogen launches training initiative
Hydrogen Group, the financial recruitment agency, has launched a new training programme to harness and sharpen its recruiters existing skills, heighten earnings and support.
The programme, called Advance, has been designed specifically for experienced recruiters with 6-24 months experience to them through their career into managing a successful team.
Advanced will be delivered via on-the-job tuition, which has been developed by Hydrogen’s talent development department and will include competencies like successful negotiation skills, building client business and managing the recruitment process.
Tim Smeaton, managing director of Hydrogen, says: “Our growth strategy consists of four elements: a unique business model, a niche focus, a spotlight on people and their commitment to industry best practice.
“As a result we invest significantly in staff development in order to fast-track their recruitment career. We find that giving our people the advice, support and freedom to develop their skills and ultimately own their business is a fantastic opportunity and a real draw for new recruits.”
