Hudson has announced the management buyout of its London-based Office Support Business.

The Office Support business, which recruits administrative and support staff, has been sold to its managing director, Jacqui Maxwell. Financial terms were not disclosed.

John Rose, chief executive of Hudson UK, said: “Recruiting at the administrative and support level in London did not fit with our strategy to provide high-level professional services recruitment and talent management services. Office Support has always been a great business, but was not one that fitted with the rest of the Hudson model.”
