HR guru Richard Chiumento has launched a company that aims to shake up interim management.

All of Rialto Consultancy’s interims will command rates of more than £500 per day.

The firm aims to redefine client expectations of interims and client education will be high on the list of priorities.

He said: “Interims have the reputation of being very expensive but delivering little. But a lot of clients are not clear about what they want from an interim manager.”
