Hot group, the AIM listed recruitment firm, has bought the internet-based recruitment firm Jobsin.co.uk, for £400,000.

This is the fifth purchase by hot group in the last year and the second in the last two weeks.

The latest deal will be funded by a share issue. Hot group has already bought International Teachers Network for £5.6m this month.

This year hot group has already bought online recruiter PlanetRecruit, the traditional recruiter Parkside and the leisure recruitment firm Buzz Recruitment.

Chairman Tony Reeves said: “We are currently the UK’s fifth largest supplier of online recruitment services and this acquisition will put us firmly in the top three by 2004.”
