Belfast-headquartered Grafton Recruitment is to open 16 offices worldwide this year, bringing its total to 86. The company, set up by current chairman James Kilbane and Ken Belshaw 25 years ago, currently has 70 specialist recruitment offices in 16 countries. Spengler Fox, the group's executive headhunting division will open offices in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Turkey and Greece.
