Government win for Xansa

Firm hopeful of future work

The IT services and recruitment firm Xansa has won a government contract that could boost its long-term recruitment revenues.

Investor relations director Steve Stratton said Xansa’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) contract win could lead to more recruitment revenue in the future.

Stratton told Recruiter: “One of the reasons the ONS has selected us is that we will be providing training for government employees and we have most of the skills we need in-house. But as our relationship develops with the government, it could certainly lead to more recruitment activity in the future.”

The contract will involve Xansa providing IT services and training for government staff. Xansa gave no indication of the cost of the deal.
