Franchise plan to find dealers
Motor dealers throughout the country are desperate to recruit motivated people to sell the latest models.
That’s the claim of Nick Leech, who has set up his own car salesperson recruitment franchise to cater for the staffing needs of the showrooms across the country.
Kream is currently well-established in Leech’s home town of York, but now he wants to roll out a franchise network to help motor dealers across the country.
“Turnover of staff in the industry, especially at sales executive level, is very high and managers find much of their time is taken up with recruitment, not to mention the cost and effort that goes into training each new member of the team,” he said.
Leech plans to set up a nationwide network of 22 offices, each serving a city or major town and covering three counties.
New franchise owners will undergo a month of training and will receive business set-up support, access to an accountant and solicitor, and continuous training.
