BBC TV job doctor Andrew Kaltz has led a management buyout of the independent agency First Recruitment Services.

A new company, to be called First Recruitment Services Holding Ltd, has been set up to facilitate the changes.

Kaltz will be the managing director of the new organisation, which will be worth about £6m. He will be joined by Simon Galvin and Tricia Morris in the management team.

First Recruitment Services has almost doubled its turnover in the past three years and now has nine branches across the South East. The new management team is promising more growth in 2006.
