Outsourcing firm pay undisclosed sum
A major outsourcing company has acquired Devonshire Group, which owns the London-based recruiter Devonshire Appointments.
OfficeTiger, a business process outsourcing firm whose clients include seven of the world’s largest investment banks, paid an undisclosed sum for the group.
Devonshire will retain its brand and chief executive Amanda White will become managing director for OfficeTiger’s business in Europe. Devonshire Appointments will hire the necessary staff for OfficeTiger’s major outsourcing contracts.
“Where we fit in is access to talent. All BPO companies need talent management,” said White.
Alongside the firm’s recruitment operations, Devonshire Group offers software training, consulting and document management services.
