South America may be the next recruiting hotspot – in particular Argentina and Brazil, according to leading global recruitment expert Dr John Sullivan (pictured).

In an exclusive interview with Recruiter, Sullivan, a professor and advisor to management at San Francisco State University, believes that Asia’s days as a staffing hub are numbered.

“In terms of the next hotspot I look for good universities, a wide spread of English speakers, and a stable infrastructure. India has suffered in that respect,” he said.
