Executive search firm Norman Broadbent has appointed Jason Collings as its UK chief executive, with effect from 2 April.

He takes over from Krista Walochik, who has relinquished the UK role to "spearhead the development of Leadership Development initiatives" across BNB group companies. She will continue to lead the Spanish practice of Norman Broadbent.
